  We have just walked out of Mitre 10 New Plymouth with out making a purchase. We could not get served in the power tools dept. There was only one person serving despite it being the day before Father's Day. We waited patiently for our turn but the sales person kept going to other people and serving them. He was aware of us waiting but turned to someone who had just entered the dept and offered service. Once finished he again turned to the people standing closest to to service desk rather than next in line. My husband was angry and walked up to the service desk and told the man there we were leaving and why but he was not at all interested.
  We are very regular customers who spend at least a $1000 a month in your store. We expect more and are not at all satisfied. Currently sitting outside Bunnings to give them our buisness
