  Right well the room is very comfy with all that you would expect. The rooms have air con & the 1st nite was very uncomfortable as the air con didnt appear to work as i didnt know how to turn it down plus the bedside lamp was faulty. Minor things i guess however the info brocure with hard cover was out of date & the black hart pub had closed down long ago & been replaced by joes garage! The other major problem for me is the stairs only entrance/exit, i have arthritis in the knees & had a hell of a job getting in & out of the place, my reservation had though been made by another younger person so that may have been an oversite.
  Overall though the person i dealt with was very helpful & the room was comfy for me.
